Alternative Fuel Motorcycle Team of Virginia Tech

Dear Bob and SpiralMax,

Thanks to your support and the hard work of the team members, Virginia Tech’s Alternative Fuel Motorcycle is complete! I have enclosed a photo or our pride and joy, PsyC3H5o 1, surrounded by the team.

The Kawasaki ZX-6R has been completely converted to run on Liquified Propane Gas. In preliminary tests the bike ran very well, with no noticeable loss of power, good handling and response, and of course, reduced emissions. We will be proud to ride in the NESEA Tour de Sol during Clean Air week, April 13-18, 2000. You can follow our progress on the NESEA web page, www.nesea.ora.

This year has been a tremendous learning experience and a whole lot of fun. We thank you again for your generous support, and hope that this photo will remind you of how you helped make a dream come true. You can find out more about us by checking out our website, http://fbox.vt.edu:10021/M/mmunsev/front824.html.

Sincerely,

s/
